Alessandro Dell'Aqua presented a heritage-inspired ready-to-wear collection in Paris
for Rochas Autumn/Winter 15, using swallow prints and Thirties-inspired silhouettes reminiscent of those from the 1934 collection designed by Marcel Rochas.
Mastering austere minimalism, Dell'Aqua ignited the preview with seven military cut designs in a murky brown hue. The Italian born designer then stripped back the thick woollen, wide lapelled coats and offered up exquisite sheer lace numbers in a seductive black.
