“All of my collections are always about mixing opposite sides of an idea, something very fragile but something very raw and authentic," Isabel Marant noted backstage yesterday at her AW15 presentation at Paris Fashion Week. 

Drawing on influences which seemed to include pirates, sailors, and her iconic Parisien chic formula, Marant showcased a strong lineup for Autumn/Winter 15. Super-high waisted, skinny legged pants offered a new silhouette for the season, whilst ikat prints and glam studs switched things up a notch. 
Naval stripes and Irish knits dominated the collection, and a series of nighttime little black and white dresses are bound to be sell-outs when the range hits stores later this year.
