The pattern that Missoni has made its undeniable signature over the past six decades launched the fashion house's Spring/Summer 15 show in Milan this afternoon. Vertical, horizontal and chevron stripes were also used across delicate knit pieces.
The influence of the Tate Modern's blockbuster Matisse exhibition continued, too, and a familiar bohemian spirit ran through the collection. The colour palette ranged from delicate pink and deep purple to Aegean blue, and looked as though it could have come straight from an artist's wheel.
